48 hour Beef shin, Pappardelle & Gorgonzola x2

  • 2 servings of 48 hour beef shin
  • 2 servings of Pappardelle pasta
  • Spinach
  • Pangrattato - Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan & Herbs
  • Gorgonzola


  1. Bring a pan of water up to boil, add the beef shin pouch when boiling – now turn down to simmer for 10 mins
  2. After 10 mins remove pouch an set aside ( be careful its very hot !)
  3. Now bring the pan back up to boil and add salt
  4. in the meantime , open your beef shin pouch carefully as its very hot & add spinach in so it starts to wilt
  5. Drop in the pappardelle & cook for 1 mins & drain
  6. Now combine the pasta & the beef shin & move around in a circular motion, finish with Beef stock to taste
  7. Break up the gorgonzola & move around the pan until it has started to melt
  8. This dish is perfect if there is liquid at the bottom of the pan if not we advise you to add more beef stock
  9. Garnish with Pangrattato
