Ingredients
- 2 servings of 12 hour Ox-tail
- 2 servings wild mushroom Risotto
- Parmesan
Method
- Bring a pan of water up to boil add your Oxtail and risotto pouch into the water for 15 mins & simmer (not boil)
- Once cooked remove both pouches from boiling water
- Transfer your risotto into a bowl & add the parmesan, carefully fold until the cheese is completely melted & the risotto starts to ooze
- Plate up your risotto by pushing the back of your spoon & creating a well in the center add the oxtail & Enjoy!
