Ingredients
- 1 large focaccia square
- 2 portions of beef shin
- 2 servings caramelised onions
- 2 goats cheese crotin
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180C
- Bring a pan of water to boil and add the beef pouch bringing the water down to simmer
- After 10 minutes slice the focaccia in half and warm in the oven for a 2 minutes
- Remove the focaccia from the oven and open it up
- Carefully take the beef out of the water( this will be very hot) and empty the contents onto the bottom half of the bread
- Sprinkle the goats cheese on top of the beef and spread the red onions on the top half of the bread
- Leave apart and place back in the oven for a few mintues to melt the cheese
- Remove bringing both halves together cut in half and enjoy!
