Beef Shin, Caramlised Onions, Goats Cheese Foccacia


  • 1 large focaccia square
  • 2 portions of beef shin
  • 2 servings caramelised onions
  • 2 goats cheese crotin


  1. Preheat your oven to 180C
  2. Bring a pan of water to boil and add the beef pouch bringing the water down to simmer
  3. After 10 minutes slice the focaccia in half and warm in the oven for a 2 minutes
  4. Remove the focaccia from the oven and open it up
  5. Carefully take the beef out of the water( this will be very hot) and empty the contents onto the bottom half of the bread
  6. Sprinkle the goats cheese on top of the beef and spread the red onions on the top half of the bread
  7. Leave apart and place back in the oven for a few mintues to melt the cheese
  8. Remove bringing both halves together cut in half and enjoy!
