Chicken Supreme, filled with Goats cheese & pesto scented spaghetti


  • 2 portions of stuffed chicken Supreme
  • 2 servings pesto butter
  • 2 servings Handmade Spaghetti
  • Parmesan


  • Preheat your oven to 180C
  • Add a pan of water on to the stove to boil
  • Warm up a frying pan to a medium heat & place your chicken on the pan to sear
  • The intention is to crisp up the pancetta so turn it on both sides for about 1 mins & season with pepper & salt
  • Remove  your chicken & pop into the oven for 15 mins, before removing check it is cooked
  • Now add the spaghettin into the water with a nice pinch of sea salt, cook for 4 mins
  • Drain & stir in the pesto butter, any chicken juice from the resting chicken & stir together
  • Plate up the spaghetti
  • Slice the chicken diagonally into 3 pieces & sit on top
