Ingredients
- Ratatouille , Arrabbiata or Napoli sauce
- Rigatoni pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Bring a pan of water to the boil adding a good pinch of sea salt to the water
- Remove your sauce and place in a pan on a medium heat adding 50ml of warm water
- Place the pasta in the water and cook for 4 minutes
- Once cook drain the pasta
- After a further 2 minutes the sauce will be hot enough to serve with the pasta
- Sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
