Ratatouille & Rigatoni


Ingredients

  • 1 serving of ratatouille 
  • 1 serving of rigatoni pasta 
  • 1 serving of parmesan cheese 

 

Method

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil adding a good pinch of sea salt to the water 
  2. Remove your sauce and place in a pan on a medium heat adding 50ml of warm water 
  3. Place the pasta in the water and cook for 4 minutes 
  4. Once cook drain the pasta 
  5. After a further 2 minutes the sauce will be hot enough to serve with the pasta 
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
