Ingredients
- 2 Portions of Handmade Tagliatelle
- 2 Portions of Smoked Salmon
- 2 Portions of Queen Scallops & King Prawns
- 2 portions of crab
- Lobster bisque
Method
- Bring a large pan of water to boil and add a pinch of salt
- Put a large frying pan on a high heat and add a tablespoon of oil
- Add the pasta to the water
- Place the king prawns in the pan and cook for two minutes
- Add the scallops and crab meat stirring well to break the crab up.
- Add the lobster bisque to the pan. Using the container fill with cold water and also add this to the pan
- Shake the pan to mix everything together
- Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Tear in the salmon
- Insure the dish is piping hot and serve
