Smoked Salmon, Queen Scallops, King Prawns & Lobster Bisque Tagliatelle


  • 2 Portions of Handmade Tagliatelle 
  • 2 Portions of Smoked Salmon 
  • 2 Portions of Queen Scallops & King Prawns 
  • 2 portions of crab 
  • Lobster bisque


  • Bring a large pan of water to boil and add a pinch of salt 
  • Put a large frying pan on a high heat and add a tablespoon of oil 
  • Add the pasta to the water 
  • Place the king prawns in the pan and cook for two minutes 
  • Add the scallops and crab meat stirring well to break the crab up. 
  • Add the lobster bisque to the pan. Using the container fill with cold water and also add this to the pan
  • Shake the pan to mix everything together 
  • Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Tear in the salmon 
  • Insure the dish is piping hot and serve
