Ingredients
- 2 servings of roast pulled pork
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 2 servings of garlic aioli
- Pecorino cheese to garnish
- Toasted walnuts
- Spring pesto coleslaw
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180C
- Bring a pan of water up to boil, add the Pork pouch when boiling – now turn down & simmer for 8-9 mins
- After 8-9 mins Remove the pork pouch from the boiling water & rest, its HOT !!!
- In the meantime , slice your ciabatta roll
- Fill your ciabatta with the pork and sprinkle the pecorino on top
- now bake for 6 mins until cheese is melted & ciabatta is crispy
- Add the coleslaw and walnuts
- Use aioli as a dip … mmmmmm
