Spring 12 hr Roast Pulled Pork Hog, Ciabatta & Coleslaw


Ingredients

  • 2 servings of roast pulled pork
  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 servings of garlic aioli
  • Pecorino cheese to garnish
  • Toasted walnuts
  • Spring pesto coleslaw

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
  2. Bring a pan of water up to boil, add the Pork pouch when boiling – now turn down & simmer for 8-9 mins
  3. After 8-9 mins Remove the pork pouch from the boiling water & rest, its HOT !!!
  4. In the meantime , slice your ciabatta roll 
  5. Fill your ciabatta with the pork and sprinkle the pecorino on top
  6. now bake for 6 mins until cheese is melted & ciabatta is crispy
  7. Add the coleslaw and walnuts 
  8. Use aioli as a dip … mmmmmm
