Our Pizziaolo will take you through the basic (and not so basic) tips and tricks to get you spinning your own Pizza Dough, understanding the science behind Pizza, spreading your own Passata and debating vigorously the endless combinations of fresh simple seasonal toppings that make this simple street bite one of the most loved regional Italian Foods across the world. Take your creation Home or eat with us & fellow devouree’s over a glass of regional wine or craft beer

INTRODUCTION TO PASTA MAKING

Want to know your Tagliatelle from your Trofie, your Tortellini from your Linguine.  Join us from 7 pm & spend a hands on evening with our Chef learning the basic techniques of mixing, rolling, cutting and shaping this ancient staple to get you confident into giving it a go at home!
