Want to know your Tagliatelle from your Trofie, your Tortellini from your Linguine? You'll spend a hands on morning with our Chef learning the basic techniques of mixing, rolling, cutting and shaping this ancient staple to get you confident into giving it a go at home! You’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch and we’ll show you how to combine a few key ingredients into quick tasty pasta sauce or filling, and introduce you to some key traditional shapes guaranteed to get your loved ones purring at the dinner table and a feather in your cap. - 10am start - Classes must be purchased online and paid in advance - Classes are suitable for all levels, catering for a maximum of 8 Devourees at a time, although we’re happy to take private bookings for those special occasions. - Note: a DEVOUREE always leaves an empty plate! - Everything made can be taken home & devoured with your loved ones or alone!
