Why we love Rodgers Bread?
All his products are made using organic flours from Shipton Mill. They use a 100% overnight proofing method for all our loaves which means much less yeast and greater depth of flavour. Their breads are much healthier than commercial loaves and can be enjoyed by people who may have a minor intolerance to gluten & best of all Roger's wholesale artisan micro-bakery is based in Marsden & is a small, family run business, infact Rodger baked this loaf !
