Pale straw-gold in colour with green highlights; clean and lightly spicy on the nose with hints of almond and pear. On the palate it is delicate light fruity blend of pear and apple with a fresh, clean mineralogy on the finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal served lightly chilled with fish dishes, chicken and white pizza or served on its own as an aperitif.
