This Box celebrates those little hidden recipes in the depths of Mercato Vucciria in Palermo & Italy’s Adriatic coast that spans almost 1,250 km (775 miles) and offers everything from quiet fishing villages to bustling resorts and working ports. Each destination has one thing in common, however – access to prime fishing grounds! there’s even a town named after a fish – Pescara, not far from my hometown, Seabream, Seabass, Dentex, and Pandora are the most popular catches just a few miles out from shore

Each box serves two, with a starter, main and dessert. Each box will come with all the prepared ingredients to serve the menu above, as well as cooking and plating instructions.

Il vino del Tralcetto
Pale straw-gold in colour with green highlights; clean and lightly spicy on the nose with hints of almond and pear. On the palate it is delicate light fruity blend of pear and apple with a fresh, clean mineralogy on the finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal served lightly chilled with fish dishes, chicken and white pizza or served on its own as an aperitif.

How much cooking is involved
We've made things really easy for you and done all of the preparation, long braises so you'll just need to finish the dishes off at home - and we mean easy, the only cooking you'll need to do is a sprinkle here and a boil there, but enough so you can take most of the credit
