Want to know your Tagliatelle from your Trofie, your Tortellini from your Linguine.
Spend a hands on morning with our Chef learning the basic techniques of mixing, rolling, cutting and shaping this ancient staple to get you confident into giving it a go at home! You’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch and we’ll show you how to combine a few key ingredients into quick tasty pasta sauce or filling, and introduce you to some key traditional shapes guaranteed to get your loved ones purring at the dinner table and a feather in your cap. Take your creation Home or eat with us and fellow devouree’s over a glass of regional wine or prosecco.
- Classes are suitable for all levels, catering for a maximum of 10 Devourees at a time, although we’re happy to take private bookings for those special occasions.
- Note: a DEVOUREE always leaves an empty plate!
