Devour in Holmfirth welcomes The Yorkshire Kitchen, BBC Radio Leeds
We were joined by BBC Radio at the Dyehouse for an authentic Italian pasta-making experience.
The Yorkshire Kitchen, a new cooking show hosted by Kat Cowan, airs on Saturday mornings across BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Radio Sheffield, and BBC Radio York.
Kat is touring the county visiting restaurants and eateries, aiming to inspire, learn, and prepare new dishes from some of Yorkshire’s top chefs, bakers, and cooks.
Our Head Chef Carl welcomed Kat for a morning of fun while preparing some of Italy’s renowned pasta dishes, including Devour’s secret gnocchi recipe & Smoked Salmon Ravioli
