Pasta Workshop - Pappardelle /Malfadine & Spaghetti alla Chitarra Edition
Together, we’ll perfect our dough-making skills, practice rolling and shaping each pasta, and explore the unique qualities that make each shape so special. To finish, we’ll create complementary sauces designed to enhance the textures and flavors of our handmade pasta. Whether it’s the rustic appeal of pappardelle, the delicate wave of malfadine, or the hearty bite of spaghetti alla chitarra, there’s something for every pasta lover here.

Pasta Workshop - Cappelletti Edition - PERFECT GIFT
In this class, we’ll honour the tradition of cappelletti from Emilia-Romagna, starting with a silky pasta dough, then mastering the folding technique that transforms each piece into its iconic shape.
