Pasta Workshop - Cappelletti Edition Wednesday 19/02/25

I’m especially excited to dive into cappelletti, a pasta that holds a special place in my heart. It was the very first pasta shape my Nonna taught me to make, and to this day, we still gather to create these delicate “little hats” for every special occasion, savouring them in a warm, comforting chicken broth.

In this class, we’ll honour the tradition of cappelletti from Emilia-Romagna, starting with a silky pasta dough, then mastering the folding technique that transforms each piece into its iconic shape. Together, we’ll create classic fillings inspired by the recipes passed down through generations, capturing the flavours and heart of this beloved pasta.

• Classes require online purchase and advance payment.

• Suitable for all skill levels, with a maximum of 8-12 Devourees per session.

• Remember, a DEVOUREE never leaves a plate unemptied!

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.

To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class.
