Back by popular demand after our last sell-out event a couple of years ago, This February, we’re turning up the heat once more with an evening dedicated to the beauty and power of fire, where each dish has been smoked, charred, or flame-kissed to perfection.
There’s something invigorating and primal about creating fire—the smell, the vibrant colours, the crackling heat that draws us in, compelling us to gather, safe and mesmerised. Since the dawn of time, humans have harnessed Fire’s energy to cook, create, and survive. It’s wild, free, energizing, beautiful, and fiercely comforting. Fire carries both light and pain, a pure, elemental force that’s as symbolic as it is practical. But when we channel this energy into cooking—well, you know the magic that follows.
This Supper Club hero’s the finest seasonal Yorkshire produce, transformed by the blistering kiss of wood-fired aromas and searing embers. Each course on this taster Four course menu has been carefully crafted by Carl & his team of Chefs - inspired by age-old methods that honour the raw, transformative power of fire.
