n this cozy February gathering of our pasta club, we’re embarking on a journey to Piemonte, where we’ll explore the art of agnolotti, one of Italy’s most cherished filled pastas. Known for their delicate, folded shape and rich, flavourful fillings, agnolotti are small parcels traditionally filled with ingredients like roasted meats, seasonal vegetables, or cheeses, capturing the essence of Northern Italy in each bite.

I’m particularly excited to guide you through the nuanced process of creating agnolotti. Together, we’ll perfect the pasta dough, roll it to the ideal thinness, and master the folding technique that makes these little pockets so unique. We’ll also dive into crafting authentic fillings that bring out the best of Piemonte’s culinary heritage, finishing with sauces that complement the richness of our handmade pasta.

So, roll up your sleeves, and let’s bring a bit of Italy into our kitchen.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pasta enthusiast, our club offers a welcoming environment to learn, share stories, and indulge in the flavours of Italy.   • Unveiling the secrets to achieving flawless pasta dough with the kneading and resting technique.
  • Cap off your pasta-making adventure with the perfect pasta supper shared among fellow pasta enthusiasts, expertly prepared by our Head Chef & Indulge in a delightful meal accompanied by a glass of wine.

Additional details:

    • Arrival at 3.45 pm 
    • Class duration 4-6pm
    • Classes require online purchase and advance payment.
    • Holders of our pasta class gift card can book via email at management@devour.co.uk.
    • Suitable for all skill levels, with a maximum of 8-12 Devourees per session.
    • Take home everything you create to savour with loved ones or indulge solo.
    • Remember, a DEVOUREE never leaves a plate unemptied!
    • This Dish will contain meat so please let us know if you are a vegeterian or vegan

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.

To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class.
