This month, we’re diving into the world of pasta shapes and colours, combining tradition with a touch of creativity. In this session, we’ll explore the techniques behind two classic shapes—garganelli and farfalle—and take our pasta skills to the next level with an introduction to using natural colors in dough.
I’m particularly excited about this class because adding colour brings such artistry and personalisation to pasta, transforming our dough into beautiful, vibrant shades while keeping everything naturally delicious.
We’ll start with garganelli, a tubular pasta rolled with a ridged texture, perfect for holding hearty sauces. Then we’ll move on to farfalle, or “butterflies,” known for their playful bowtie shape and versatility with all types of sauces. Together, we’ll learn how to knead these colors into the dough, roll and cut each shape, and bring some spring time vibrance to our plates.

- Suitable for all skill levels, with a maximum of 8-12 Devourees per session.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class.
